Church Ministries

Elder

The elder serves as a spiritual leader and shepherd of the church, working closely with the pastor. Key duties include visitation and nurturing of members, worship leadership, spiritual mentoring, and church administration.

Deacon

The deacon assists with the physical operations and care of the church, including greeting and ushering, maintaining church property, providing security, and assisting with various church services.

Deaconess

The deaconess assists with physical operations including preparing communion elements, assisting with baptisms, caring for linens, and organizing various church events and support services.

Treasurer

The treasurer manages all financial aspects of the church, including receiving and recording funds, making deposits, paying bills, preparing statements, and managing church funds according to policy.

Auditor

The auditor reviews financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance, examining transactions, reviewing internal controls, and providing recommendations to the board.

Clerk

The church clerk maintains official records, including minutes, membership records, transfers, officer lists, and church directory, while assisting with various administrative duties.

Personal Ministries Leader

Coordinates evangelism and outreach, including planning programs, training members for witnessing, coordinating Bible studies, and organizing evangelistic events.

Personal Ministries Secretary

Assists with outreach coordination by maintaining records, recording Bible study interests, ordering supplies, and supporting evangelistic meetings.

Children Ministries

Oversees all children's programs, coordinating Sabbath School divisions, planning special programs, training teachers, and organizing events like VBS.

Communications Secretary

Handles church publicity and media relations, managing website/social media, coordinating publicity, and promoting church programs.

Stewardship Leader

Promotes faithful resource management through education, planning programs, and teaching biblical stewardship principles.

Sabbath School Superintendent

Oversees the entire Sabbath School program, supervising divisions, planning programs, training teachers, and coordinating special features.

Investment Secretary

Promotes mission investment projects, maintaining records, encouraging participation, and supporting mission offerings.

Sabbath School Secretary

Handles administrative duties including attendance records, ordering supplies, recording offerings, and supporting teachers/leaders.

Religious Liberty Leader

Promotes religious freedom through education, monitoring issues, and supporting religious liberty causes.

Community Service Leader

Coordinates outreach programs, managing food/clothing banks, coordinating disaster response, and building community partnerships.

Family Life Leader

Strengthens church families through programs, marriage events, parenting education, and family activities.

Women's Ministry Leader

Coordinates programs for women, planning events, developing support groups, mentoring, and promoting spiritual growth.

Single Ministry Leader

Coordinates programs for single adults, organizing support groups, spiritual programs, and building community.

Men's Ministry Leader

Coordinates programs for men, organizing spiritual programs, service projects, and mentoring relationships.

Music Coordinator

Oversees church music ministry, planning worship music, coordinating musicians, and maintaining music resources.

Health Ministries Leader

Promotes wholistic health through programs, health screenings, classes, and health fairs.

Adventist Youth Sponsor

Guides and supports youth leadership, mentoring leaders, ensuring safety, and supporting spiritual growth.

Pathfinder Director

Leads the Pathfinder Club program, planning activities, training staff, teaching honors, and organizing campouts.

Chorister

Possibility Ministries Leader

Coordinates programs for those with special needs, assessing accessibility, supporting families, and building awareness.

Adventure Director
